Human-Centered Privacy Protection (HCPP) focuses on addressing privacy concerns in physical-world scenarios, such as surveillance and authentication systems. The goal is to develop strategies that safeguard individuals from privacy-invasive technologies. Specifically, HCPP targets two key areas:

1. Attacks against Detection: Developing methods to prevent individuals from being detected by smart cameras, effectively ensuring invisibility in monitored environments.

2. Attacks against Recognition: Creating techniques to evade recognition systems, such as facial recognition, to protect against unauthorized identification.

These privacy protection strategies are crucial in mitigating the risks posed by modern surveillance and AI-driven technologies, ensuring that human privacy remains a core consideration in the digital age.
